Late policy
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive after 10 minutes, your service may be shortened, modified, or rescheduled.

Guest policy
Clients must be 18+ to receive services without a guardian present. Children under age 12 are not permitted in the salon.
Payment policy
A 50% deposit is required for all services at booking. The remaining balance is due after your service is complete.
Cancellations and no-shows
Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
